Everything is new in Spring! And in our case, that means a new Allplan Challenge is being launched. 🚀 In times when living space is scarce and redensification plays an important role, we need your help. Let your imagination run wild and fill our construction gap with a great idea. There are no limits to your planning creativity - apart from the rules of the game. 😉
The rules of the game
- The framework is formed by the property boundaries and the surrounding buildings.
- In the 25-meter x 5.7-meter construction gap, you may plan 30 meters in height and 15 meters below ground, both from the top edge of the terrain.
- Submissions will be judged on buildability, appearance and utilization of the given area.
- We have already created a building gap model in Allplan for you to use as a basis for your work.

The timing
- The competition starts on May 2nd, 2022 and ends on June 30th, 2022.
- A selection of the best submissions will be published via our social media channels from July 7th, 2022.
- Our internal expert jury will select the winners. The announcement will then be made on July 14th, 2022.
